01What should I upload with my assignment brief?
The full brief, the assessment or grading grid, any template your centre gave you and assessor feedback if it is a resubmission. Photos and screenshots from Teams or Google Classroom are fine as long as the criteria are readable.
02Do I have to pay when I submit the form?
No. Submitting the form is free. A tutor replies with a plan, a delivery date and a fixed price in GBP, and you decide whether to go ahead.
03How quickly will someone reply?
We reply as quickly as we can, and urgent deadlines go to the coordinator straight away. You see the plan and price before anything is charged.
04What will I receive if I go ahead?
A custom model answer and study guide built around your brief, with notes on how each part meets its criterion, an originality report and free revisions within the agreed scope. You use it to understand the criteria, then write and submit your own work.
05Can I submit a brief for a resubmission or referral?
Yes. Choose “Addressing Teacher Feedback / Resubmission Help” and upload the assessor's comments. The tutor plans the fixes criterion by criterion before your new hand-in date.
06Is my information kept private?
Yes. Only the coordinator and the tutor on your request see your files. We never contact your school, college or employer.
